Meet Rebecca

I have always loved writing and storytelling. Music, dance, art, and poetry were my life as a child. I mostly wrote, at that time, short stories about otherworldly adventures.

As I grew older, I discovered Jane Austen's books. I suppose Pride and Prejudice is my favorite.  Unfortunately life does not always come with a happily ever after ending though.  Because relationships, and life for that matter are sometimes messy, sad, and frustrating, I tend to gravitate to a darker type of romance story.

My inspiration for writing comes to me in different forms. Sometimes it's from bits and pieces of life, or observations. Other times in dreams, or sparks of inspiration which I quickly jot down in a notebook so I won't lose them. Later, I use those sparks of inspiration in my writings.
